Application: The SD4 sufacing tool is a precision CNC router tool design for high speed surfacing of spoil boards or bulk removal of material over a large suface area. An excelant tool for applications requring a smooth floor finish when machining natural wood, particle board and MDF materials. Insert knife tooling is a cost effective solution when compared to carbide tipped tooling and the high wear four sided solid carbide insert knives are economical and can be used twice before needing replacement.
