Larick 6000 Series Description
The LARICK 6000 Series machine will brush sand and/or wire brush parts with standard widths of 25, 37 and 49 inches. It has 2 to 6 spindles which will accommodate sanding or wire brushes up to 14-inch diameter and 50 inches long. It has a fixed height conveyor and accommodates parts up to 9 inches thick.
- The standard configuration is 2 spindle and 25″ wide conveyer belt.
- The spindles are belt driven with full power down to 450 RPM.
- Speed and direction are controlled from the touchscreen.
- Each motor’s load is also displayed.
Standard Operation
The Larick 6000 Series Machines are offered in various widths, number of brushes, and motor horsepower.
They have individual spindle height adjustments with digital counters for each spindle and for the hold down rollers.
The conveyor is fixed height with belt length adjusters which also adjust the belt tracking.
Each spindle is powered by its own motor, driven by an inverter and controlled from the touchscreen. On the touchscreen, the speed and direction of rotation are selected, both the set and running speeds are displayed as well as the output torque for each motor.
There are stop switches by the touchscreen and on the outfeed end of the machine which will stop all spindles and the conveyor.
A safety gate at the infeed end will also stop everything. Digital counters read the vertical position to 1/1000 inch.
