Larick 700 Description
The 700 series sander has a variable speed conveyor under the top sanders. It can be configured with 2, 3, or 4 top sanding spindles, and with or without universal side sanding stations. The conveyor can be either 9 or 15 inches wide.
Standard Operation
The Larick 700 series of brush sanding machines are offered in various configurations: 2, 3, or 4 top heads, conveyor widths of 9 or 15 inch, have a pair of opposed side heads (optional).
In addition, the standard 1 hp motors can be upgraded for using wire or abrasive nylon brushes for distressing. All motors are controlled by inverters which control the speed and direction as well as providing overload protection.
A safety STOP switch is mounted on the front of the machine. This switch may be used for normal stopping of the machine when it is desired to stop all stations.
Height adjustment for the top heads is accomplished using the crank handles at the back of the dust hoods. The optional side heads are mounted on power feeder stands which provide vertical, horizontal, tilt, and twist adjustment.
All sanding stations have a 4-inch dust collection port. Since brush sanding heads do not produce a lot of sanding dust, these ports may be reduced in size to reduce the dust collection requirements, especially for the side heads.
Designed and manufactured for a variety of functions like destressing, polishing, denibbing, sealer sanding on wood, metal, and plastic. Sanding heads can be wire, abrasive nylon, or sanding brushes.
