Description
The FX series dust collector is an open-type
collector developed for indoor use. Due to its
versatility the FX collectors are applied in various
industries from Wood Working to Aerospace and
the Automobile industry.
Construction
The FX collector is built for heavy duty. The entire
steel structure is powder coated and manufactured
in gauge 11 steel, with a fully welded plenum
design.
Energy efficiency
The built-in “Cruise Control” monitors the pressure
and regulates the fan speed automatically to
maintain airflow to suit demand.
When the demand for exhaust is reduced, energy is
saved.
Inlet and outlet
The inlet of the filter is vertical above the fan and
motor. If the inlet has a different size to the rest of
the system, a reduction can be used.
The discharge is below the filter bags, with one
being centered under every five filter bags. There
are several possibilities for waste discharge.
Clean air is blown out through the filter bags, with
the filter bags having an efficiency of 99.9%.
