  • Industrial Feeder Unit The AF04 Track Feeder is specifically designed to feed shorter workpieces smoothly and efficiently that cannot feed consistently with traditional 3 & 4 roller feeders. The universal stand and mounting base ensure the AF04 feeder can be mounted to a wide range of machinery, including shapers and & table saw.
  • Feed Roller Spacing The tight roller spacing combined with the feed belts allows for short material feeding, which is not possible with conventional power feeders. With a ¾" roller suspension, you can be sure the material is held firmly through the machining process.
  • Feed Belts The AF04 comes with (3) three rubber feed belts which support the workpiece between rollers allowing for the feeding of short material.
  • Universal Stand It is equipped with a universal stand with a mounting base. The universal stand allows for convenient adjustment of the feeder unit up/down or in/out, and additionally, the unit can be angled to your desired setting. A handwheel adjusts the height and length for added convenience.

    An all-purpose feeder intended to assist with feeding small workpieces

    The Cantek AF04 Track Feeder is specifically designed for feeding small workpieces which can not be fed properly using conventional 3 and 4 roller feeders. The (3) synthetic rubber belts run on (5) feeder wheels closely coupled together. The result is the workpiece is held between the rollers allowing for the feeding of short and/or small material. The universal stand allows you to easily adjust the height and position of the feeder. It can also be positioned from a horizontal to a vertical feed. The AF04 can be easily adapted to your shaper or table saw.
