Each rail has oil lubrication points so that constant and consistent lubrication is applied for superior wear resistance
  • Cast Iron Fence Assembly Quick setting rip fence runs on a round cylindrical guide. A ruler scale will indicate the fence position and is quickly set in place using a locking lever. The fence is outfitted with a bearing on the bottom side for ease of travel. Fence is notched to pass over and under the table and top kickback fingers for faster change over
  • Eight hold-down rollers over six rows Eight hold-down rollers over six rows ensure the workpiece is held firmly to the chain track during cutting operations. Proper hold down ensures glue line accuracy.
  • Eye-level control panel The control panel is located at eye level and is equipped with individual on/off buttons for the saw & feed motors. The variable speed feed system is controlled from the control panel via an inverter. A low oil indicator light will illuminate when the oil for the feed chain gets low. If it goes beyond the low limit, the machine will shut off until more oil is added. It is also equipped with an emergency stop button.
  • Machine Construction Heavy-duty cast-iron machine table and saw head assembly with superior vibration damping for optimum cut quality and wear resistance. The table is precision machined to ensure perfect uniformity.
  • Optional laser unit 20 MW laser to project the cutting line to achieve maximum potential yield from your material. A stand is included with the machine. Laser and holder are optional

    Large capacity glue line ripsaw with precision straight line results.

    The Cantek C14RS Straight Line Glue Joint Ripsaw is a single-blade ripsaw geared towards the shop to increase efficiency in their ripping operations but cannot justify a multi-blade ripsaw. With its precision cast iron chain and track assembly, and extended pressure section, the C14RS can produce a glue joint finish ready for panel glue-up right out of the saw.
