  • Precision Spindle Assembly The spindle head is made of cast iron and is precision constructed to ensure tenon accuracy. 21500 RPM spindle speed produces a premium finish on both solid wood and plywood components. Spindle height is adjustable according to the material thickness and desired result. The spindle is driven by a powerful 2 HP motor and flat drive belt.
  • Two Flue Dovetail Bit The dual flute dovetail bit rotates at 21500 RPM for superior finishing results. The bit is carbide tipped. The spindle is eccentric, and you can control the tightness of the joint by rotating the bit in the collet.
  • Material Clamping System (4) pneumatic clamps with individual lever activation ensure the workpiece is held firmly during machining operations.
  • Cutterhead Feeding Template The cutterhead is advanced on 25mm increments using a moving and fixed template. The recirculating feeding arm is automatically lubricated to ensure maximum wear resistance.
  • Control Panel Easy to access control panel with manual and automatic cycle switch, power indicator light, warning light, and emergency stop switch. Outfitted with high-quality Schneider electrical controls.
  • Anti-Splintering Blocks Included as standard equipment to prevent blowout on drawer components. The blocks can be cut off and adjusted as they wear. Blocks are made from UHMW.
  • Automatic Lubricator An automatic lubricator provides lubrication to spindle stroke to ensure smooth cutting motion with excellent wear resistance. The lubricator has a low-level sensor with a warning light on the control panel. When the lubricator gets low on oil, the warning light will flash. When it is beyond the low limit, the machine will shut down until more lubricating oil is added to the reservoir
  • Tenon Adjustment Mortise & tenon depths are adjusted individually to produce a perfectly fitted joint. There are independent scales to show the position and allow for repeatability when making adjustments
