It can also be tilted for bevel sanding. Above the idle roller is a tracking adjustment knob to allow the operator to ensure the belt is tracking properly conveniently. There is also a quick-release handle for fast and convenient belt changes.
  • Cast aluminum tilting table from -5 degrees to 45 degrees The large table is made from cast aluminum and is precision machined and polished. The table can be conveniently raised or lowered by means of a handwheel conveniently located under the machine table. This allows for maximum usage of the belt. The table is raised/lowered by a handwheel for maximum belt usage.
  • CSA/UL Magnetic Switch Equipped with a magnetic starter with an emergency push-button for operator convenience and safety
  • Rubber covered drive roll with flip open gate for sanding longer pieces The cover for the drive roller can be opened to allow for longer material to be sanded.
  • Tilting table with angle scale For bevel sanding, the table can be angled from -5 degrees to +45 degrees. There is an indicator scale on the tilting bracket for accurate adjustment.

    The Cantek PW120E Oscillating Edge Sander is designed for the most demanding sanding applications. With its powerful 3HP motor, it can perform under industrial requirements. The oscillating belt ensures optimum sanding quality and extended belt life. Its versatility lies in the number of functions that can be done on this single machine. The industrial cast aluminum table can be easily tilted with positive stops of 45° and -5° so you can easily sand straight or miter edges. Additionally, the front table is spring-loaded, making it effortless for the operator to set the table height to utilize the full sanding belt. The 9" high sanding belt makes it ideal for sanding thicker furniture parts or drawer boxes. The additional tiltable cast aluminum end table with a removable guard allows for inside contour sanding.
